Connecting breath to thoughtful, precise movement and based on neutral spine, the Pilates method increases muscle and core strength, flexibility and balance, and joint mobility. Pilates also improves mental clarity, posture and alignment, and body awareness; tightens and tones abdominals; and develops lean, defined muscles.

JOY2BWell offers private Pilates sessions only.  Reformer sessions are also available on a “private only” basis. Matwork is required prior to progressing to the Reformer. For more information, please contact Joyce Mitchell.
